Which plot size is best for a house?
For a 2BHK family home, 30x40 (1200 sq ft) is the most popular choice. For a 3BHK on a single floor, 30x50 or larger works well. Narrow plots like 20x30 or 20x40 are best built as G+1 or G+2 homes.
